I always loved being fast. And cars. So motor racing was since childhood one of my passions. In the last 5 years, I started contemplating pinnacle sports (F1, motoGP, WRC) as a thought experiment for an business environment on the open market.
Not all things are equal, but I found some great analogies. And as in any field, some individuals are truly exceptional.
Yesterday I watched an interview with McLaren Team CEO, Zak Brown on the High Performance Podcast the other day, and even if you do not like sports, I recommend listening to the conversation. Not only motorsport greats are on the podcast, so you may find better sources of inspiration that work better for you, so give it a go.
