I was going through various media and topics last week, and one point of view was how Europe over-regulates. I would add that policies have so many acronyms, most of us probably don’t even know by heart. But at the same time, I saw IBM’s data breach report for 2025, showing how on average, cyberattacks cost 2 times as much in the US. https://lnkd.in/dv7weZvZ
I know many companies feel burdened with costs. In my opinion however, doing nothing/very little and hoping for the best, or that it will affect some other company, is not a great strategy, based on statistics.
